What makes you the best BBQ catering company on Kitsap Peninsula?
We are the best because we have a passion for great BBQ. It starts with our smoker, which is a true centerpiece. We expertly season our meats using only the finest herbs and spices, and present our food using custom chafers and serving pans. Most importantly, we are the best because we not only focus on the food and presentation; we focus on the guest. Your guests will know that you hired the best BBQ catering company to serve them.

Where do you get your meats?
We get our meats from Sysco Foods, a national grocery distributor. There are cheaper grocery distributors out there, but we spend more to ensure that we get the highest quality meats, poultry, and seafood available for you and your guests. Food safety is #1: our food is always delivered to us at the proper temperature. We don’t drive around with chicken in our trunk looking for the best deal!

Do you require a deposit?
To secure your date, we require a signed contract with a 50% deposit of the food subtotal.

Where is Spady’s Smokehouse?
We are a fully mobile catering company, based out of Poulsbo. We do not have a storefront; we lease kitchen space from Farm Kitchen, which is a Department of Health-Certified Kitchen.

Do you offer vegetarian options?
Yes. We have a delicious smoked vegetable lasagna, and many of our sides and add-ons are vegetarian as well. If you are expecting vegetarians at your event, please let us know in advance so that we can best accommodate their dietary needs.

What about gratuity?
We don’t automatically add gratuities to your bill. We believe in handling them the old fashioned way… we earn them. For your convenience, however, you may request that an automatic gratuity be added to your bill.
