For venues such as Farm Kitchen, where full-service catering is required, or, if you desire a full-service catering staff at any event, we are happy to accommodate you.

The following rates apply:

Pitmaster/Chef: FREE
Event Staff Manager: $25/hour
Bartenders: $25/hour
Servers: $20/hour
Additional Kitchen staff: $20/hour

 

Good food ain't cheap and cheap food ain't good!

 

Please remember that the per-person rate also includes:

All kitchen labor PRIOR to your event day.
All menu planning, shopping/ordering, food preparation, and food storage.
The pitmaster/chef labor the day of your event. (Most catering companies charge for the onsite chef.)
Our meats are cooked low and slow, which means that the Pitmaster fires up the smoker at least 5 hours (sometimes longer) before your "eat time."
