Spady’s Offers Great appetizer options too!

Nice to have something to munch on during the “Meet & Greet” portion of your event.
Spady’s will set-up a self-service appetizer table with paper plates, napkins and utensils…

Appetizers are always seasonal and at the chefs whim.... You can expect to see items like:

• Red, white & blue tortilla chips and fire roasted salsa
• Seasonal fresh fruit.
• Our zesty jalapeno-artichoke dip with rustic artisan breads.
• Cream cheese triangles with a balsamic reduction, red chili oil, assorted crackers, plump berries & crumbled blue cheese.
• “Poker-Chip-Pork”…. Pork Tenderloin medallions served on home made tortilla coins with spicy mango salsa.

Non-Alcoholic Beverage Service….

Spady’s BBQ Catering will “set-up” & maintain, & a self-service drink station which will include:
• Bottles of “Athena” (500ml) still water. (sales proceeds are donated to breast cancer research)
• Pelegrino Miniral Water (sparkling)
• Assorted bottled soft drinks featurnig Thomas Kemper & Izzy products.
• Fresh Lemonade (no additional charge).
• Display and service of your (already chilled) Beer & Wine (provided by the client)
• Drink Display Containers & Beverage Tubs
• All the Ice for beverage service and enough to keep the chilled beverages cold.
• Disposible Beer cups, Wine cups, and Cold beverage cups.

A Little Something Sweet to Finish With….

Need just a little sweet something, but you don’t want Full Dessert Service?
Spady’s will set-up and display a mixture of Self-Serve fresh baked goods with paper plates, forks & napkins…
