Cowpoke Beans A “must have” and any event. We get rave-reviews on our beans every time. Cooked up sweetn- smokey. We use three types of beans, peppers, onions and maple bacon, slow cooked for over 4 hours in our pit smoker. Our most requested side dish.
Red-Smashed-Potato Salad Made from an old family recipe. This creamy potato salad is served ice-cold.
Spady’s Slaw A great accompaniment. Fresh shredded cabbage tossed with our own seasonings, rice wine vinegar and our special slaw dressing.
Macaroni Salad Elbow pasta, cooked al dente and tossed with diced vegetables, Hellman’s mayonnaise, herbs and seasonings.
Crisp Caesar Salad Chopped romaine hearts, tossed with our garlicky caesar dressing, croutons, and fresh parmesan cheese. People always come back for seconds.
Green Salad Simply crisp lettuce greens topped with fresh garden vegetables and a zesty Balsamic vinaigrette served on the side.

Cheesy Mac-n-Cheese .25pp A classic Macaroni and cheese with our own twist… We bake ours in the smoker and top it with crumbled blue cheese and seasoned bread crumbs… Cheesy Perfection.
Spady’s Cream Corn .25pp Like everything else we do, this is not your average cream corn. We start with crisp maple bacon and build a rich and creamy sauce with crisp sweet corn. It is perfectly seasoned and baked until hot and delicious in our smoker.
