

Price per person includes all high-quality paper plates & plastic utensils, napkins, wetnaps (the big ones), toothpicks, tootsie pops, buffet setup (with linens) and breakdown, and onsite cooking.
We usually arrive 5 to 6 hours prior to your eat time.
All selections must be the same for all guests in your party.

Please remember that the per-person rate also includes:
All kitchen labor PRIOR to your event day.
All menu planning, shopping/ordering, food preparation, and food storage.
The pitmaster/chef labor the day of your event. (Most catering companies charge for the onsite chef.)
Our meats are cooked low and slow, which means that the Pitmaster fires up the smoker at least 5 hours (sometimes longer) before your "eat time."
